Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Promotions
Promotional discounts are subject to change at any point and we may be unable to apply
discounts should said promotions be updated or removed.
A minimum length of stay of 1 month is required.
This offer is only valid for new storage agreements and must be signed.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Any promotion or discount plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Storage Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. Licence to Access
This agreement provides you with a personal, non-transferable licence to access and utilise a
specified storage unit. We do not operate as a warehouse provider or bailee and do not
maintain knowledge of, or control over, the items stored. All goods are stored entirely at your
own risk.
2. Insurance
Stor.Me does not provide insurance for stored goods.
3. Access
Access to the facility is available during the hours specified by Stor.Me. These hours may be
subject to change. Entry outside of access hours may trigger a security call-out fee to the storer.
Stor.Me reserves the right to restrict access during emergencies, for safety reasons, or due to
non-payment of fees.
4. Security and Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your own storage unit and any keys, access cards, or codes
provided. Notify us immediately if these are lost or compromised. We will not be liable for
unauthorised access using your credentials.
5. Cleanliness and Maintenance
Your unit must be kept clean and in good condition. You must not affix or build anything inside
the unit without written consent. Please report any issues immediately.
6. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in advance as invoiced. Late payments will incur a 10% monthly penalty
and may result in restricted access. Stor.Me may charge for administrative, dishonour, and
recovery fees where applicable. We reserve the right to change hire fees with 30 days’ notice.
7. Breach and Default
If you fail to pay fees within 7 days of the due date, Stor.Me may:
- Deny access to the facility or your unit;
- Enter your unit by force if necessary;
- Sell or dispose of your goods after providing at least 7 days’ notice via termination letter;
- Apply sale proceeds to outstanding charges, with any surplus returned to you.
- We may also notify your nominated Alternate Contact Person.
8. Prohibited Goods
You must not store hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, explosive, environmentally
harmful items, firearms, or goods that may attract pests. All goods must be clean and dry.
9. Unit Reassignment
Stor.Me may reassign your unit with at least 30 days’ notice. If not acceptable, you may
terminate your agreement with 7 days’ notice.
10. Risk and Indemnity
You acknowledge that goods are stored at your own risk. Stor.Me disclaims liability for loss or
damage except to the extent required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). If you use
the unit for business purposes, the CGA does not apply. You agree to indemnify Stor.Me against
third-party claims arising from your goods.
11. Termination
After any agreed minimum term, either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written
notice. On termination, you must:
- Settle all outstanding fees;
- Vacate the unit and leave it clean and undamaged.
12. Notices and Communication
All notices can be sent by email with your nominated contact details. Mail is deemed received
after 5 days; email notices on the day sent (next business day if after 5 pm).
You must promptly notify us of any changes to your contact details.
13. Waiver and Enforcement
No waiver of any provision shall be valid unless made in writing. Any delay or failure to enforce
rights under this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights.
